SOLUTION TO GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS
In the world today, the chronic disease is getting rampant than ever before. This can be cause with the lack of poor diet and inadequate in nutrients rich whole foods.
The causes of global health crisis:
• The recommended foods that we supposed to eat, is fruits and vegetables at least 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables. But 90% of us don't eat it as its recommended.
• Most of foods that we are eating is actually contributes to poor diet. About 70% of us are eating food that leads to poor health.
• At least we should eat less than 1 servings of whole grains in a day. But many of us don't consume that much.
• Some foods have stripped protective lipid and sterols from certain whole grains to increase their shelf life.
• Majority of us don't eat fish due to concerns about the presence of heavy metals.
