HOW TO LIVE WITH SOUND HEALTH
How to live with sound health forever, according to World Health Organization (WHO), this organization have made it known, that we need to practice three things before we can have sound health:
1. EXERCISE
2. RELAXATION
3. DIET
1. What is the best exercise?
Swimming is the best exercise because all the sweat that is coming out in our body we wash away with the swimming water.
2. How do we relax?
We have 24hrs in a day, the World Health Organisation have help us to divide 24 hrs into 3 aspects:
* 8hrs for work
* 8hrs to play with our family and friends.
* 8hrs for relaxation.
3. How do we diet?
According to Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), the sab has let us known that we have 73 trillions cell in our body and 50 thousands cell die everyday.
We have two types of cells in our body:
* Healthy Cell
* Unhealthy cell
- What is healthy cell?
* Healthy cell:- healthy cell is a cell that has vibrant shape. An healthy cell contains lipids and sterol that flush out the toxic. An healthy cell will not allow any germs to penetrate into the cell which protect the nucleous and make it vibrant.
* Unhealthy cell:- its a cell that lack nutrients that contain lipids and sterol. The germs can easily penetrate to unhealthy cell which will result to different kinds of diseases.
How To Protect Our Cell
Some organizations likes WHO, SAB, USDA have come together to assist the Nations on how to maintain our cell.
In other to have healthy cell will need to eat whole grains fruits which includes the following:
1. Soya beans
2. Rice bran
