HOW EXCESS CARBOHYDRATES AFFECT HEALTH
Carbohydrates is amongs the foods that will need in our body systems but it has limitations.
Too much of carbohydrates will leads to health damages.
These are the foods that consists carbohydrates:-
* Sugery sweetners
Such as, fruits sugar., glucose fructose, galact ose, etc
* Starches
Such as, wheat bread, rice, semolina, amala, etc
* Beans
Bean cake, moinmoin, etc
All these types of foods that listed above are carbohydrates. We needs all of them but not excess.
Excess of carbohydrates will harmful your health and you might fall in any of these diseases under listed:-
* Diabetes
* Strokes
* Blindness
According to (SAB), Scientific Advisory Board and World Health Organization (WHO). These two organizations have made it known that we should eat less of carbohydrates that contains 10% of our health while proteins contains 20% of our health.
To avoids diabetes, we should cautions ourselves to eat less carbohydrates and go for whole grains food and vegetables that contains 50/100% of our diet, so that we can live long healthier.
